Star Bikini — An Illustration by Frances Cannon

Frances Cannon (they/them) is a queer, multidisciplinary artist based in Melbourne/Naarm. They make art using pen and ink, oil painting, digital design, silversmithing and sometimes ceramics and soft sculpture. Frances' work examines ideas of bodies, mental illness, sexuality and gender. Their work is based on personal experience. Frances is also the co-owner and director of Pink Ember Studio in Coburg.
