Thank you for shopping with Womanly. We’re a very small team who appreciates your business and we strive to provide the best possible experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it according to the policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at shop@womanlymag.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for the return.

  2. Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible). Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at shop@womanlymag.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shop@womanlymag.com. Provide your order number, item(s) in question, and a description of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
