About the author
With a B.F.A in writing from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Ka’Dia Dhatnubia has published a personal essay with Black Femme Collective, features with Savannah Magazine and Savannah Morning News, and poetry with Torch Literary Arts, Pandemic Post, and Peanut Butter Shrimp. She works full-time as a program manager for Deep Center, organizing arts, creative writing, and spoken word programming for high school youth in the Savannah-Chatham County area.
