My favorite self-care practice is a visit to my favorite massage therapist. His magic hands rejuvenate me and make me feel like a brand new woman. Stress? What’s that?
What is your favorite healthy food or recipe?
A good seafood paella—it’s a beautiful crowd pleaser.
Who has taught you the most in life so far?
My village of six biological sisters and my many sister friends. They are the gift that keeps on giving.
